Become a Haute Burgers Team Member

Bring your love of food to the Haute Burgers team.  This is a GREAT position for college and high school students or anyone looking to make some extra money while having fun at work! This person will be preparing specialty gourmet burgers and fries, taking and managing food orders from customers, receiving and stocking product, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Cashier $10-$13 D.O.E.

Fry Cook $14-$17 D.O.E.

• Ensuring the quality and freshness of all products and ingredients. 
• Maintaining food inventory levels.
• Ensuring the restaurant is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance.
• Provides excellent customer service to all customers.
• Prepares all menu items to the highest standards following the Haute Burgers Menu.
• Receiving and stocking of product.
• Assists as needed to ensure the success of the restaurant as a whole.

A high school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of restaurant/cooking experience preferred; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills and, abilities: 

• Current Food Handler’s Permit 

• Valid Driver’s License 

• Legible writing for clear concise order taking. 

• Clean and Well Groomed 

• Should have a passion for preparing, cooking and eating food, particularly gourmet hamburgers 

• Ability to read and follow a basic recipe

• Basic math skills 

• Excellent organization and planning skills 

• Must possess solid communication skills, including verbal and listening skills in order to effectively and efficiently communicate with customers and fellow associates 

• Ability to professionally and appropriately handle conflict 

• Must possess integrity, a positive attitude, be mission-driven, and be self-directed with a commitment to working collaboratively 

• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries. Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds from location to location.

This mobile restaurant is stationed at great locations such as the SOHO Food Park in Holliday, Big Events, Food Truck Roundups, and Special Catering locations in both Utah and Salt Lake Counties.

Most positions are for dinner service. 4 PM to 9 PM

Cleaning positions open both morning and night.

Kitchen positions during regular business hours.
